All the time your mind is busy. Your thinking mind is constantly creating new thoughts and idea. You may sometimes notice that your thoughts won’t let you fall asleep at night. That’s wrong since you need to feel the present more often. It does not mean that we want you to stop thinking ahead and be mindless. But if you feel that your racing thoughts keep filling up all of your spare time, it means you do not appreciate the present moment. Calm down and let your mind relax. You cannot plan the future and worrying about it too much will eventually lead to psychological and emotional problems.
