Your work day can be more productive than usual. All you need to do to see a positive change is to start practicing yoga.
Set aside at least 8 minutes and do the following steps:
You’ll need to rise. Your back should be parallel to the ground. Wrists below your shoulders and knees below your hips. Balance your body weight between knees and hands. Feet relaxed, but your abs engaged. Try to feel how you lengthen your spine. If you are a beginner, then we recommend you should put a rolled up mat or towel under your knees to provide more support and stability.
